How does the quote system work?

Just add items to your shopping cart like you normally would and “check out” when you are done.  You will not be charged.  We’ll get back to you usually within 24 hours with your quote.

What payments do you accept?

We accept check payments.  Other payment types charge a fee, which we would have to pass on to you.

Why do you need my contact information?

We need your address to estimate shipping charges, and e-mail/phone # to contact you when your quote is ready.

Will I be put on a mailing list?

No.  You will only be contacted in relation to your quote and/or order.

Why don’t you list prices on your website?

To us, every customer is a relationship, not a number.  Most websites post a price that is not the best price they can offer.  We work with you to get the best discount and best shipping price for your order.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS ground.  We ship freight for larger orders; whichever is better for the customer.

Can I use my own UPS account?

No.  In order to offer the best shipping rate, we have a bulk shipping agreement with UPS for all of our customers.

Do you have items that are not listed on the website?

Yes!  We can offer custom sizes and options that aren’t listed on the site.
